ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮಾಣುಗಳ/ಬ್ಯಾಕ್ಟೀರಿಯಾದ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಎಚ್.ಟು.ಎಸ್‌ನ ಪಟ್ಟಿ (H2S - ಜಲಜನಕದ ಸಲ್ಫೈಡ್) ಸೂಚನೆಗಳು

1.ಸಣ್ಣ ಗಾಜಿನ ಸೀಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಗುರುತುಹಾಕಿದ ಗೆರೆಯವರೆಗೆ (ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಬೇಕಾದ) ನೀರನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿಸಿ, ಮುಚ್ಚಳವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿ. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನೀಲಿ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ.

2.24-36 ಗಂಟೆಗಳ ಕಾಲ ಬೆಚ್ಚಗಿನ ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಿ (ಆದಷ್ಟೂ 30-37 ಸೆಲ್ಸಿಯಸ್ ತಾಪಮಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಲಿ).

3.ಸೀಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದ್ರವದ ಬಣ್ಣದ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಯನ್ನು ಗಮನಿಸಿ.

4.ಕಪ್ಪು ಬಣ್ಣವೊಂದು ಬಿಟ್ಟು, ನೀರು ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಣ್ಣಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುಗಿದರೆ, ನೀರು ಕುಡಿಯಲು ಯೋಗ್ಯವೆಂದು ಅರ್ಥ. ಪಕ್ಕದ ಚಿತ್ರವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ. ಚಿತ್ರದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಬಣ್ಣಕ್ಕಿಂತ ನಿಜವಾದ ಬಣ್ಣದಲ್ಲಿ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸ ಇರಬಹುದೆಂದು ಗಮನಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ಅಂಶ.

5.ದ್ರವವು ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಕಪ್ಪು ಬಣ್ಣಕ್ಕೆ ತಿರುಗಿದರೆ, ನೀರು ಕುಡಿಯಲು ಯೋಗ್ಯವಲ್ಲ.

ಒಂದು ಗಾಜಿನ ಸೀಸೆಯ ಬೆಲೆ ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಹತ್ತು. ಸೀಸೆಯ ಖರೀದಿಗಾಗಿ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಯಾವುದೇ ದೂರವಾಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆಗೆ ಕರೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
